To be eligible for a return, your comic book must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it. Please make sure to include all accessories and promotional materials that came with your order.
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. You will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses when returning your item.
Once we receive your returned comic book, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective comic book, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including the return shipping costs. If there is damage to the packaging, please contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping.
Crutchfield Comics reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria or abuse our refund policy.
